Privacy Policy

Solo Sidekick is operated by Gilgamos Systems LLC, a limited liability company trading as Fulcro Labs (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else touches it.
What we collect
Account data
Your email address and password hash, handled by our authentication provider. We never see or store your password in plain text.
Business data you enter
Solo Sidekick is a business operating system, so the data you put in it is the product: clients and contacts, projects and milestones, time entries, revenue, expenses and invoices, pipeline and deals, strategy and positioning notes, content drafts, and knowledge-base entries. This is yours. We process it to provide the service and for no other purpose.
Connected accounts
If you connect an integration, we store an encrypted access token and the data that integration returns. Today that can include Gmail messages and Google Calendar events, meeting transcripts forwarded from third-party notetakers, and social or professional-network exports you upload yourself. You choose which integrations to connect, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.
Payment data
We do not collect or store your card details. Payment information is handled entirely by our payment provider; we receive only a subscription status and a customer reference.
How we use it
To operate the service, to generate the insights and drafts you ask for, to run scheduled jobs you have enabled, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data to train machine-learning models, and we do not share it for advertising.
AI processing
Several features send relevant excerpts of your data to third-party AI providers to generate a response — for example drafting a case study from client context, or answering a question in the assistant. Only the context needed for that request is sent, and only when you trigger the feature. Our current providers are OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI.
Who else processes your data
We use a small number of subprocessors to run the service. Each receives only what it needs:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery
- Trigger.dev — scheduled and background jobs
- OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI — AI generation, as described above
- Google — only if you connect Gmail or Calendar
- Our payment provider — subscription billing and tax handling
Data isolation
Every record is bound to your user account and enforced at the database level with row-level security, so one customer’s data cannot be read by another.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your business data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records — billing and tax records, for instance — for longer.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from within the app, or by emailing us. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing, restrict it, or complain to a data protection authority. We honour these requests regardless of where you live.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Integration tokens are encrypted before storage. Access to production systems is limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — if a breach affects your data, we will tell you.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our infrastructure providers operate globally. If you use Solo Sidekick from outside the US, your data will be processed in the US and other countries where our subprocessors operate.
Children
Solo Sidekick is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we make a material change to this policy we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
