Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Gilgamos Systems LLC, a limited liability company trading as Fulcro Labs (“we”, “us”), covering your use of Solo Sidekick. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Solo Sidekick is a business operating system for solo founders and small teams: client and pipeline management, project and time tracking, financials, strategy tooling, content workflows, and an AI assistant that works across all of it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a contract. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis at the interval shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • Prices may change. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a change affects your renewal, and you may cancel instead.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
  • If a payment fails we may retry it and suspend access until it succeeds.

Your data

You own the data you put into Solo Sidekick. You grant us only the licence needed to host and process it in order to provide the service. We do not sell it and do not use it to train machine-learning models. Our Privacy Policy explains the detail.

AI output

Solo Sidekick generates drafts, summaries, scores, and recommendations using AI. This output can be wrong. It is a starting point for your judgement, not a substitute for it, and nothing the product generates is financial, tax, legal, or professional advice. Features that touch financial or tax figures — estimates, projections, deduction organisers — are planning aids only. Review anything material with a qualified professional before relying on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone’s rights while using it
  • upload data you have no right to process, including personal data about others without a lawful basis
  • attempt to access another customer’s data, or probe, scan, or test the security of the service without our written permission
  • resell, sublicense, or share access to a single-user plan across multiple people
  • use automated means to place unreasonable load on the service, or to circumvent usage limits

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

Third-party integrations

You may connect third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, not ours, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions. Disconnecting an integration stops further syncing but does not delete data already imported.

Availability

We work to keep Solo Sidekick available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. On termination your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy. Export your data before closing your account if you want to keep it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
